We stand out as one of the select international law firms in China, holding authorization from the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China to operate in the country as a representative office of a foreign law firm.

Our firm was founded by the attorneys at law, Carlo Diego D’Andrea and Matteo Hanbin Zhi - both recognized experts in cross-border M&A, dispute resolution, and corporate governance, with a specific focus on strengthening business relationships between Europe and emerging economies.
